Order Confirmation
1. Will I receive a confirmation for my order?
Yes, once you place an order on our website, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. This email confirms that your order has been received in our system and your payment method has been pre-authorized for processing.
2. I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Why?
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, the issue could be one of the following:
- The email may have gone to your junk or spam folder.
- There may have been a typo in the email address you entered during checkout.
- Your email server might have strong spam filters preventing our emails from reaching you.

3. What happens after I receive my order confirmation?
Once your order is confirmed, we check with our fulfillment partners to ensure the availability of your item(s). If available, we process the payment and begin production. Since all our products are made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production before shipment.

1. Why do you need my phone number?
Providing a phone number helps ensure smooth delivery of your order. Our delivery couriers may contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Additionally, if there are any issues with your order, we can reach out to you quickly. Rest assured, your information is kept private and confidential.
2. Is it safe to shop on your website?

Dispatch and Delivery
1. How long does it take for products to be dispatched?
Since all our products are made to order, production typically takes 2-5 business days before dispatch. Once your item is printed and packed, it will be shipped out.
2. How long does delivery take after dispatch?
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- USA: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors like customs processing or carrier delays.
3. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information first. If your tracking has not been updated for 10+ days, reach out to us at thekindsprouts@gmail.com, and we’ll investigate the issue.
Order Fulfillment
1. Do you keep products in stock, or how are orders fulfilled?
We work with Printify, a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner. This means each product is made to order just for you. Instead of holding inventory, our items are printed and shipped directly from Printify’s global network of printing facilities.
This approach allows us to offer high-quality, unique designs while reducing waste and keeping prices competitive.
Returns & Refunds
1. Do you accept returns?
No, since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference.
2. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We are committed to quality! If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please contact us at thekindsprouts@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, as each item is custom-made. Please check our size charts carefully before placing your order. If you need help with sizing, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
All orders are processed immediately after purchase. Therefore, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Please double-check all details before completing your order.
